EZUpdate Web Tools

Our EZUpdate Web Tools involve customized databases that are integrated with your web site to allow you to interact with your web site. This allows you to update your site at any time and gives you the control you need to have an effective web site.

We will customize the database to fit your application. We will also create a web-based control panel that allows you to input new information (data) into your database. This control panel is password protected. As you update your database, your web site will be instantly updated to reflect the new information!

If you are a small business selling products over the web, this is the solution for you. This database will contain the essential information about your products (price, description, photo, availability, etc.) and communicate it through your web site in the form of a product gallery/showcase. Sending photos is easy through your control panel and the photos will be automatically sized and displayed in the showcase. We can also set up a PayPal shopping system so your customers can make instant purchases from your site.

 EZUpdate PayPal Shopping System

Want to sell your products on-line? Don't want to be hassled with the trouble and expense of accepting credit cards? Allow your customers to pay you through PayPal. This on-line service allows your customers the ultimate in flexibility. They can pay you electronically using their major credit card or through their bank accounts. We will program it such that any new item that you add for sale will automatically get a Payment with PayPal button that will link right into PayPal with the correct accounts and pricing ready to go.

This tool will allow visitors to your web site to submit testimonials. For your protection, we have built in a safety feature. Once they submit their feedback, the testimonial will require a simple approval step by you before it goes live on the web site. The testimonials can be sorted however you prefer.  EZUpdate Headline

When you want to make small announcements that need to be eye-catching. We offer two varieties of headlines. Both types can be added to any page. This database will contain the announcements for the Headline and communicate them through your web site.

Teletyper:
The teletyper is similar to a running ticker tape. The message is typed out and then the completed message scrolls upward so that a new message can begin.

Scrolling Message:
The scrolling message is similar to the teletyper. Rather than type out a message, complete messages continuously scroll by for the visitor.

This is a powerful and versatile tool. Here are some of the ways in which you can employ this tool:

  • From your visitors, you can collect name, land address, email address, phone number, comments, and other data that may fit your purpose.
  • Choose if the name and comments are publicly displayed as a guestbook or if all the data is kept private.
  • Analyze the data. Sort by state, country, date added, etc.
  • Easily manage a list of email addresses and send out emails to all your customers in a snap.
  • Want to send out a regular newsletter via email to keep your customers up to date and remind them that you are still around?
